Details:
-Minimum of 8 practitioners
-90 minutes to 2-hours
-All materials, mats, and props are supplied
-Arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled session to sign waivers, get organized, and arrive quietly into a community space
-Dress comfortably; no shoes allowed in the studio
-Session held at Revive Yoga Collective in Lakewood (18615 Detroit Rd, 2nd floor, Lakewood, OH 44107)
-Free parking in the backlot, arrive to second floor
-If offsite or other location preferred, let’s coordinate on your logistics (parking, access to restrooms, music speakers necessary, onsite childcare, etc.)
